Granny Dollar
Nancy Emmaline Callahan Dollar, who came to be known as “Granny Dollar,” is buried beside her husband in Little River Cemetery. On her tombstone are the dates “1826-1931.” She died January 29, 1931, but her birth date is uncertain. There is no doubt that she was what is known as “a character.” (more)

My father had a great grandmother by the same name Granny Dollar. He was 18teen when she died. He died May 4th, 2002, she lived to be 105. His name was Eskel lee Wooten. It was told she was full blooded Cherokee.
My father had a great grandmother by this name.(Granny Dollar) But she was full blooded cherokee she was 105 yrs. old when she died. The last time he saw her he was eighteen. He died on may 4th 2002. His name was Eskel Lee Wooten at 86'
